I have 12 years of experience and increasing responsibilities at Cargill, largest American private corporation with 150 years history and diversified business sections across 5 industries. After completed my MBA in Boston, I gained tremendous experience in the high tech industry in Silicon Valley in a company focus on artificial intelligence and robotics, and currently I’m the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer of Venture Capital College of America, a platform bringing VCs and entrepreneurs.

I have experience in both B2B and B2C marketing practices, strategical planning, distribution management, sales optimization, brand management, digital marketing & social media. I also have 3 years in HR and 6 years in corporate affairs (public relations), which gave me broad experience in building organizational culture, employee engagement, media management, government relationships, and corporate social responsibility. The recent Marketing & Sales Director's role in Slightech, an artificial intelligence and consumer electronic company in Silicon Valley, has given me important experience in the high-tech industry and ecommerce.

I completed three masters degrees related to business disciplines, including two MBAs in Beijing, Boston and London. My most recent MBA is from HULT International Business School, ranked by the Financial Times as the world's most international business school, with classmates and alumni from 120 countries. I have traveled and conducted business around the world, enabling me to gain business insights from a truly global perspective. I’m now dedicated to contribute my world class experience to a company that is seeking to grow aggressively and expand globally.
