Innovation Scholar, CMU Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship
There are two aspects of me: technology & entrepreneurship. On the technology side, I am currently pursuing a bachelor and master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with an additional major in Biomedical Engineering. I focus on Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Robotics. I have conducted a brain-computer interface research, developing brain imaging techniques and an optogenetics neural probe. On the entrepreneurship side, I focus on early-stage startups and investment. I served as the Co-President of CMU Summit on US-China Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a platform connecting talents, researchers, entrepreneurs, companies, and government sectors of both US and China, facilitating collaboration. As an Innovation Scholar of CMU Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship, a program selects around 8 people with entrepreneurial ambition from over 1500 undergraduate students each year, I work closely with technological innovation and entrepreneurship community at CMU and Pittsburgh. Also, I have previous experience working at or working with VC funds and strategic investment sector of several companies in both US and China.
